Revised Entry Criteria for Medicine - Important Survey of Guidance Counsellors

Revised Entry Criteria for Medicine - Important Survey of Guidance Counsellors

Dear Guidance Counsellor

As many of you are aware research is currently being undertaken on the revised entry criteria for medicine.  The National Research Group Evaluating Revised Entry Criteria for Medicine has been set up by the Deans of Medical Schools which offer an undergraduate degree in medicine.  It is anticipated that an interim report will be available by September.

As Guidance Counsellors are valued stakeholders in the application/admission process we are writing to invite you to take part in an on-line survey to give your views on the revised entry criteria.

The survey may be found at (https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/HPAT_Survey).

The survey will be available until Thursday 21st April, 2011 and should only take a maximum of ten minutes to complete.

If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact Dr. Siún O' Flynn or Ms. Susan Power (contact details below).

Yours sincerely,

Dr. Siún O' Flynn
