Members can attend two workshops – one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Workshops are approximately one-hour duration.

Can I choose in which session I attend a workshop?

No, while you will generally be allocated two workshops from within your indicated   preference it can be that you may be assigned your lower preference in the morning session.  You should not attend a session for which you have not been allocated a place for a number of reasons e.g. the workshop may be full to capacity at that time.
